💌 Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

👙 Swimwear & Intimates

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, bodysuits, or other intimate items once tried on or removed from their original packaging. This also goes for sets that contain a bottom/bikini part. 

⚡ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review your claim and arrange a suitable solution — such as a replacement or partial refund.
